About the Founder
Jonathan EdwardsJones is the Founder and Principal Consultant of J Edwards Jones & Associates LLC. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in multifamily property management, Jonathan has led Class A, B, and C communities across Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia.
His track record includes driving occupancy from 78% to 96%, closing over 200 leases, and reducing delinquency by more than 40% through disciplined operations and resident-first leadership. He has managed portfolios of up to 400 units, overseeing leasing, collections, vendor relations, team development, and full budget accountability.
Jonathan also brings commercial experience, having managed retail, office, and mixed-use properties for ownership groups in the Baltimore, MD market. His consulting work is built on the same principles that made him effective on-site: clear communication, accountability, and a genuine investment in outcomes.
