Referral Partnerships JEJA connects qualified vendors with management companies and property owners across our markets. We serve as a trusted intermediary, making sure both sides of the relationship are well-matched before any introduction is made. The goal is always a productive, long-term working relationship, not a one-time transaction.

Leasing Workshops Hands-on leasing training designed for on-site teams and property management professionals. Sessions are practical and performance-focused, built around the skills and techniques that actually convert traffic into signed leases. Available in person across Atlanta and the DMV, and online for teams anywhere.

Every engagement at JEJA starts with a conversation, not a contract. From there, we build the engagement around what you need.

Operations Sprint (60 to 90 Days) For operations that need to move. We come in, assess quickly, deliver a clear action plan, and stay hands-on through implementation. This engagement is designed to cut through bottlenecks and restore forward momentum fast.

Turnaround Engagement For properties and portfolios in real distress. We focus on stabilization first, then restructuring, then rebuilding for sustainable long-term performance. The timeline is set by the condition of the operation, not an arbitrary calendar. We stay until the work is done.
